Our NAD+ therapy is administered via subcutaneous injection, a simple process that is easy to perform at home. Your first shipment includes medication, syringes, alcohol pads, and easy-to-follow instructions. Injections are typically taken 5 times per week based on your provider’s recommendation.

Prescriptions received before 2 pm central time will be shipped the same day. Your prescription will be shipped next-day via UPS in a temperature controlled package.
